PayPal
PayPal is a convenient and fast payment method in our Online Shop. However, we can no longer offer PayPal for custom orders. Background: In the past, there were cases of abuse and PayPal requires proof of delivery within 14 days in case of a buyer protection claim. This is practically impossible for custom orders that are still in production. Therefore, PayPal is disabled for custom orders.
How PayPal works in the shop
- Simply select PayPal at checkout and complete the purchase.
- Payment status is usually confirmed immediately, allowing us to ship quickly.

Klarna
In our shop you can use Klarna for "Invoice", "Instant" or "Installments". The credit check and contractual relationship takes place between you and Klarna. Klarna – like PayPal – is not intended for custom orders. „Rechnung“, „Sofort“ oder „Ratenkauf“ nutzen. Die Bonitätsprüfung und Vertragsbeziehung findet dabei zwischen dir und Klarna statt. Für Maßanfertigungen ist Klarna – wie PayPal – nicht vorgesehen.

Advance Payment (Invoice)
With advance payment, you will first receive an invoice. Please transfer the invoice amount within 7 business days so we can release the order. You'll find the bank details on the invoice. Once your payment is received, we start – depending on the product – production or shipping.
Important Notes
- Please include the invoice number and customer number in the payment reference so we can quickly assign your payment.
- Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after the deadline expires.
- For custom orders, production begins only after payment is received.
Racecoat Installment Plan – 0% Financing (3 Months)
Our internal installment plan enables 0% financing over 3 months – ideal for custom orders. You split your invoice into up to three equal installments. The payment deadline is 30 days after the previous payment.
How it works
- 1st payment upon order placement (production starts after payment is received).
- 2nd payment after 30 days.
- 3rd payment after another 30 days.
Terms & Notes
- Interest: 0% – no additional costs.
- Credit check: Approval is internal; we reserve the right to decline.
- Flexibility: Early full payment is possible at any time.
- Production/Pickup/Shipping: For custom orders, we start after the first installment. Delivery usually occurs after full payment.
- Payment delay: Please note that missed payments may result in reminder processes and additional costs.
